In 2010 I graduated college with a BA in classical studies and a minor in math. One year later I accepted a position at a high school for students with learning disabilities. My background led me to a diverse class schedule (world history, math, and English) but the two math classes I work with captured me the most. And so began my education in teaching math in a classroom stacked with learning disabilities of all shapes and sizes.
